We have implemented the BRS waiting list functionality on a Trail basis for Men's Competitions on Sunday's starting from Jan 7th.
If the timesheet is fully booked on Sunday, you can add your name to the waiting list by following the instructions below.
If a slot in the time range becomes available and you are next on the list, you will be added to the timesheet automatically and notified by email. (The waiting list will not add you to the timesheet within one hour of any tee time.)
Add yourself to the waiting list:
- When a member logs in to book a tee time, a "Waiting List" button will appear at the top of the member booking screen:
- After clicking the button you can enter the time range you want to play and click "Join Waiting List" button. To select a specific slot(e.g. 09:00) put that time in both the start and end time.
